I believe wholeheartedly that the connection between therapist and client is the basis for success. Building rapport is an ongoing process that will never be complete. You will be welcomed by a warm and empathetic approach.

I enjoy using an integrative approach during therapy. The reason for this is that therapy is not a one size fits all and a mixture of evidence-based approaches allow for more opportunity of growth. I consider the "whole person" and explore how anxiety and complex histories play a role in our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

When you come to me, we will work on YOUR concerns and goals, not mine. I understand this may look different from session to session. My job is to help guide and support you while you work to become the best version of yourself.
