I am so excited to have you here on this page. Taking the first steps into therapy can be scary, but ultimately will leave you feeling liberated. While the therapeutic process focuses mainly on you, I'd like to share some some things about me:
Private practice has always been a dream of mine in order to maximize the amount of people I can help. It eases the mind to know that there is a safe and comfortable place to explore the trials and tribulations of life without judgement. Sometimes we feel we aren't truly heard by others or that they are just telling us what they think we want to hear. My goal is to allow you to feel safe, heard, and empowered in order to gain an understanding of yourself, your feelings, and your life.
