Specialties
Teaching is such a rewarding profession, but it comes with high demands. Balancing classroom management, administrative expectations, parental expectations, and balancing your own life can lead to overwhelm and, at times, possibly feeling unsupported. Compassion fatigue, burnout, and anxiety are all invisible stressors that teachers may carry.
As a former school employee and wife of an educator, I understand and appreciate the weight that teachers carry daily. I hope to allow you a safe and nonjudgemental space to process and manage the following:
Managing burnout and compassion fatigue
Work-life balance and setting boundaries
Strategies for coping with stress and anxiety
Improving communication with parents and administration
Support with classroom-related challenges and student relationships
